• Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?

    Yes, we have secure undercover parking on-site. It is $25 per day, subject to availability and check in and check out times.

    Parking needs to be pre-booked and all guests need to call the hotel reception on 02 9319 7800 to reserve their parking spot.

    NOTE: There is a height limit of 2 metres. Entry is via Castlereagh Lane.

  • Do you have a shuttle from the airport?

    There are private shuttle buses running from the airport to our hotel approximately every 10 minutes.

    You do not need to pre book. Go to the information desk in the arrivals lounge purchase a ticket for the next shuttle. It is $15 per person. They will drop you right at our doorstep.

  • How do I get to Central Station?

    Turn right as you exit the hotel. Follow Chalmers Street north for approximately 7 minutes until you reach Central Station. 

  • Can I sleep additional guests in my room?

    • The Studio King/Twin sleeps a maximum 3 guests.
    • The Studio Quad sleeps a maximum 4 guests.
    • The Studio Family sleeps a maximum 5 guests.

    You can sleep an additional child under the age of 12 months using existing bedding.

  • Do you have porter cots?

    Porter cots are available for hire at $10 per night. You must book cot hire prior to arrival.

  • Are the rooms serviced daily?

    Rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. They will make your bed, change towels, replenish tea and coffee supplies, bathroom supplies and remove rubbish. Bed linen is changed once for guests staying 5 days or more.

  • Can you store luggage?

    Yes, we can store guest luggage on arrival if rooms are not available. We can also store luggage after check out for the remainder of that day. Long term luggage storage is available on the condition that there is a future reservation in place. Luggage pick up and drop off is open between 8am and 9pm.

  • Are there smoking rooms available?

    All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area for guests in the courtyard of the hotel.

  • Can you book tours for us?

    Yes, see our friendly reception staff for bookings and information on tours and attractions. 

  • Are there cooking facilities in the rooms?

    All rooms have a kitchenette, which includes microwave, bar fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery.

  • Do you have free WiFi?

    Yes, we offer free WiFi in all guest rooms and common areas. 

  • What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Guaranteed Check-in is at 14:00. Check out is at 10:00. Early check-in requests are available however this is subject to availability. 

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    While we do not have a restaurant onsite there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Chinatown, Darling Harbour and Surry Hills are all within walking distance. 

  • Do you have breakfast facilities?

    You can purchase breakfast packs at reception which consist of Cereal, milk, juice, diced fruit and a muesli bar.

  • How far is the nearest supermarket or shopping centre?

    There are a number of convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a Woolworths supermarket located on Chalmers Street  approximately a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

    Paddy’s Market and Market City are also within walking distance. Here you can find one of Sydney’s most popular market spaces. It is open from Thursday to Sunday.

    For high street shopping Westfield shopping complex and Pitt Street Mall is a short bus ride or approximately 30 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

  • Do you have a lift?

    No, however staff are available to provide luggage assistance on arrival and departure. Ground floor rooms are available on request (subject to availability). There are 3 floors.
